Had a lovely two-night stay with my family in a cozy two-bedroom apartment. We enjoyed relaxing in the comfortable lounge area after a day of exploring, and the small kitchen corner was super handy for snacks. The only downside was that the pillows weren’t great, but for the price and everything else, it was a solid choice! 😊

The location of this hotel is fantastic. Just a couple of minutes away from the KaDeWe department store and the Zoo. Easy access to U2 Wittenbergplatz and nearby buses made exploring Berlin very simple. The room was clean and well-maintained, allowing for a comfortable stay. Breakfast featured an enjoyable buffet with boiled eggs, fresh rolls, and good coffee, perfect for starting the day. Despite the positives, some improvements are needed. The lift could use an upgrade. at times, it felt cramped and outdated. The absence of a sociable reception area made it less inviting to interact with other guests. Wi-Fi had inconsistent service during my stay, which was frustrating when I needed to plan my day. despite a few setbacks, I appreciated the central location and pleasant accommodations.

this hotel is a real letdown. the carpet looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months, and the toilet was leaking everywhere. i was expecting a welcome gift and got nothing, which is just so rude, honestly. it woudl ve been nice to be treated like more than just another guest. absolutely unacceptable, i almost gave a good review but just couldn’t.

I stayed for 2 nights in a room that had a nice kitchenette which really came in handy. The location was fantastic, just a couple of minutes walking to a major metro station and that big shopping place, KaDeWe, made everything so accessible.

The location is superb, being just a two-minute walk from Wittenbergplatz tube stop, making access to central Berlin quick and easy. It's also conveniently close to attractions such as the Zoo and KaDeWe, which is an excellent spot for shopping. The room was kept very clean, and breakfast options included a nice selection of cheeses, ham, bread, and good coffee.
